Stormwater & Erosion Control for Municipalities

Public stormwater infrastructure doesn't stop needing attention once it's built — outfalls erode, ponds silt in, and slopes wash out. LES provides field installation, repair, and ongoing maintenance for municipal stormwater assets, with documentation that supports capital asset management.

What You're Dealing With

  • Outfalls and channels eroding without a filter layer or properly sized riprap underneath
  • Stormwater ponds and conveyance systems accumulating sediment and aquatic vegetation over time
  • Erosion damage following storms on public right-of-way and infrastructure
  • Limited internal crew capacity to keep up with routine stormwater asset maintenance

What LES Provides

  • Riprap installation at outfalls, spillways, and channel linings
  • Erosion repair following storm events on public infrastructure
  • Stormwater pond and conveyance system maintenance — mowing, mechanical vegetation control, sediment removal
  • Field documentation supporting capital asset management programs
  • Veteran-owned, qualified-inspector-led field crew for scheduled or as-needed work

Installed. Maintained. Documented.

Every installation, repair, or maintenance visit is photo-documented in the field — so the work holds up under inspection, not just under a good-faith assumption.

  • Before, during, and completed-work photos
  • Field maintenance notes
  • Post-rain observations
  • Corrective action tracked through to close-out
  • Documentation-ready reports for your compliance file

Municipalities & Public Works FAQ

Does LES work under standing maintenance contracts with municipalities?

Yes — scheduled or annual maintenance retainers are available for stormwater ponds, conveyance systems, and other public stormwater assets.

Can LES respond to storm-damaged public infrastructure?

Yes. Emergency erosion repair response is available following named storms and major rain events to restore damaged outfalls, channels, and slopes on public right-of-way.
