Erosion Control & BMP Support for Homebuilders

Active lots move fast — grading one week, slab the next, framing right behind it. LES installs and maintains the BMPs that need to keep pace with that schedule: silt fence, construction entrances, and inlet protection that hold up through every phase without slowing down the build.

What You're Dealing With

  • Silt fence that needs to move or expand as lots are cleared, graded, and built out in sequence
  • Construction entrances that take a beating from daily truck traffic and need regular top-dressing
  • Inlet protection at storm drains that gets buried or displaced during utility and paving work
  • Post-rain corrections needed fast so a failed BMP doesn't turn into a documented violation

What LES Provides

  • Lot-by-lot silt fence installation and relocation as grading phases progress
  • Construction entrance installation and ongoing maintenance
  • Inlet protection sized to each structure's drainage area
  • Post-rain inspections and same-cycle corrective repair
  • Photo-documented work that holds up if a county or FDEP inspector shows up unannounced

Installed. Maintained. Documented.

Every installation, repair, or maintenance visit is photo-documented in the field — so the work holds up under inspection, not just under a good-faith assumption.

  • Before, during, and completed-work photos
  • Field maintenance notes
  • Post-rain observations
  • Corrective action tracked through to close-out
  • Documentation-ready reports for your compliance file

Homebuilders FAQ

Can LES keep up with a multi-lot or phased build schedule?

Yes — BMP installation and relocation is scheduled around your grading and construction phasing, not the other way around. As lots move from clearing to final stabilization, LES adjusts the BMPs in place to match.

Do you work directly with our site superintendent?

Yes. Most day-to-day coordination happens directly with the superintendent or site manager on the ground, since they're the one who sees what's actually happening on the lots day to day.
